1. I see people talking about re-rolling account to get a different starting valiant, but how do you do this, please? Is it linked to the Apple/Google e-mail on your phone? Or your FunPlus ID? Or Facebook Account? Does it have to be on a different server?
2. For Alchemy Lab, which I have at max level, I notice that there are purple/5-star crafting materials needed to make Mass Cleanse Serum, but how to get the materials? When I tap "find more" in story quest, it gives a blank location list. I notice this to be the case for the 5-star materials under the Crafting tab of our Item Storage as well. What gives? Does it mean it's a must to build Salvage Yard or Fusion Altar?
3. Smithing hammers don't seem to be that impactful. When the game says extra 10%, 25% or 40% success chance of upgrading equipment, what does that mean exactly? Is it additive or multiplicative? E.g. if base success chance is 10%, will the best smithing hammer of 40% increase the odds to 50% (+40%) or 14% (*40%)? I often run into cases where there doesn't seem to be any impact e.g. 5 silver smithing hammers all fail but then on the 6th attempt without the hammer, the Lvl 10 upgrade succeeds on a 4-star equipment. I am reluctant to spend money on those smithing hammer bundles that pop up periodically without complete information on their value, as I don't know what is the base success chance as well.

Question 2: yes you need a salvage yard to salvage 5* items to get 5* equipment, which is very painful.
Question 3: it adds on, but still depend on luck. A 50% chance still mean you fail. But 5% luck might be all you need.

About your first question.
It depends when you started i think. For example when i started i used Facebook login. But later on when i tried to change acc's for fun , i could make a new game ID and start on a entirely new account (without changing servers!). So im guessing just create a new game ID. If you are having problems logging out, just reinstall the game, and you should probably end up on the login/create account screen.
