Champion & Healer - Need advice

Mon Mar 13, 2017 9:33 pm

Champion
1) Have a Hera Vincent Warlord (L30) - been using him for everything until recently I started trying Kira Ninja
2) Got an Ares Freya Warrior from my previous monthly Valiant ticket. Absolutely no idea how to use her and feel like a waste benching a Valiant with good faith.
3) Got another Hera Vincent Slayer this week and no sure if I should LB my Warlord or make a Zerker.

Question:
What to do with Ares Freya Warrior and Hera Vincent Slayer?

Healer
1) Have an Athena Lucille Inquisitor (L30) - was using her in Arena until recently I replaced her with Faye Paladin
2) Have a Hercules Teresa Inquisitor (L32) - not using her currently, seems to be the best passive healer for Arena poison team
3) Have 3 Luthor Acolytes - totally ignored until recently I saw how deadly poison team is in Arena, thinking about making all of them into Witch Doctor (L34)
4) Have another Ares Luthor Priest - no plan for him

Questions:
Is Luthor Witch Doctor worth investing? His stats, skill, and aura are completely same as Teresa Witch Doctor, with the exception of Silence vs Delay. The way I see it, Teresa's Delay is superior. So should I wait for Teresa or just go ahead with Luthor since I already have 3 of them? Lucilie Witch Doctor looks very attractive but she is even harder to get.
My Luthors have Hera, Hercules, and Kratos Faiths. Should I go with Hercules for higher poison damage or Kratos for survivability?

My PVE is rather stagnant nowadays. All energies spent on Auto-ing Normal and Heroic Event, none to spare on Story nor to waste trying on Legendary, thanks to the ridiculous RNG of Darkness Sword and Memory Crystals.

My other Heroes:
Zeus Faye Paladin (L32)
Zeus Leon Zealot (L29)
Zeus Victoria Crusader
Hera Victoria Zealot

Zeus Fiona Lancer (L33)
Kratos Drake Gladiator

Ares Nadia Gunslinger (L30)
Hera Cybella Grandranger (L32)
Athena Kane Gunslinger
Zeus Kane Archer

Zeus Kira Ninja (L32)
Zeus Kai Ninja

Athena Ronan Mindwander (L30)
Zeus Zedd Invoker
Ares Zedd Mage

Couldn't wait so promoted a Luthor to Sage, going for WD.

Still no idea what to do with Vincent and Freya.

Since you still don't have a berserker you can go with berserker freya but Vincent is still the best berserker though. Her stun is still pretty usefull. As for luthors, I myself use poison teams with talissa warlock lucille wd and teresa iq. Poison is great but it is not the meta so i think investing on luthor too much would not be recommended. If you still want go with the hercules one, i think only lucille iq should be kratos.

Here is MY suggestion.
Make vincent a berserker and freya a dragoon.
Berserkers and dragoons are great end game units. Berserkers are the highest damage dealer that i know of and while both vincent and freya are good candidates for berserker, im more inclined to go for vincent than freya berserker. Why? Vincent's aura gives of 25% increase in attack and lesser debuff when skill are activated. Vincent only takes his 20% of his life while freya lowers her defence. Dragoon as freya because she has better chance of stuning an enemy by 5% more.
As for luthors. Id recommend an inquisitor. An iq luthor is good buff for mage heavy team, not it gives mag but def as well. I can see you have a ronan and zedds. As for poison teams, i dont since i dont have a poison team. But ive encountered 1 or 2 teams in arena and ive won perfectly against them.

Poison team is easily disrupted with the current Faye in all team. And a Lucille insp can easily shield for 2 turns with no damage.
I too have a Athena faith Luthor but no time to build yet. So good luck to you.

Thanks for all the replies. Not sure what to focus on now.

Vincent Berserker and Freya Dragoon sound good but another thread mentioned that we should hold on to Freya for now until Valiant buff. Wonder if it is worth waiting.

Seems like WD poison team isn't the best investment, maybe I should just leave them as they are now or just make one WD to try for fun or as fodder. Is MAG team in general good though?

A mag heavy team is good, IF youll able to keep them alive for their active skill. Also about the poison team. If you have a talissa warlock and able to proc other poison(poison damage stack btw) them it might be pretty serious.
