I get *3 drake kratos and now promoted him to *4, what best job for him ?

This is my current team with RIP equipment :
Faye hd, Ronan RM, Freya Dragoon, Talissa Warlock, Zedd Warlock, *4 Talissa, *4 Nadia, *3 Cybella, Theia, Leon, and Drake

Also I ask opinion for hero should i build first Cybella, Nadia, or Drake ?

For now, you'd want to build gladiator first. He can help preserve your team's health with his lifesteal aura and active skill that sleeps the enemies.
Build your Leon to become Blood Knight.

Later on, once you get Kahuna/matilda and another drake, feel free to build a dragoon.

As for which one you should prioritize, just prioritize the class which you have the equipment ready.

I have heirloom set but equipped freya and other hero only have *3 and *4 equipment with not match set
