What to do? Lvl. 29

Hello. so i've finished heroic 24-3, can't go up the legendary atm, basically stuck. guide quest isn't helping also. any tips how to move forward? i am running 5* Luthor, 4* Freya, Vann, Cybella and Natalia

Did you move to first map, and try to switch to Legendary? Just farm Halloween event then if unable to.
