1: How do i manually summon my ally when my hero dies? It wont show up on the grid until i press auto and waits for 1 turn. 

2: How do i know if im not eligible for the pre registration pack? I havent received it in 6 days.

Well I guess you could message them on facebook if you haven't received them on the 8... Anyway you'll receive them on the email you used to pre-register, so do check often m8!
