Isabella Ares is not so useful due to faith, but her AoE silence is useful in both PvP and PvE, if you time it well.
IMO, Natalia is better for PvP, to stand on the tiles, while Leon is better for PvE. Life drain is pretty useful most of the time.

by now you need leon zealot cuz your team have two more melee
in PvP replace the leon with Winry maskman cuz the enemy always walk to the tile for you to storm them with chain attack
in PvE your Terasa will pop her poison every time your leon help some one on her aura life steal (vampire rune work but leons life steal still need to confirm)
replace Terasa with isabella

But i have always wondered why do people even bother training heroes to 4* that are not able to reach 5*? Apart from faith and class specialization, isn't 5* a definite rule over 4* heroes?
