I just upgrade my 5* Cybella to a gunslinger but still feel so underwhelming.

Here's my roster of 5* able heroes:

5*:      Faith      |   Class        | Hero

• Hera         Gunslinger   Cybella
• Hercules   Assassin      Kai
• Hercules   Elementalist Kiera

4*:      Faith      |   Class        | Hero

• Zeus        Hunter            Cybella
• Kratos      Sage              Teresa
• Athena     Priest              Lucille
• Athena     Sage               Luthor
• Ares         Zealot             Victoria

3*:      Hero

• Cybella
• Teresa
• Luthor
• Zeus Kai

Currently I use 4* zealot Leon and winry to goes through adventure and event. However, this team feel so underwhelming. Is assassin Kai good? Should I reroll his faith? Any advices on promote/build order would be appreciated.

if you gonna wait for a guardian that can get to any job on crusader path, choose royal huntsman, if not >>> grand ranger

Lucille Inquisitors
people need the two turn immortal, a core hero to prevent 10k damage slap from balthor then why not?

Luthor
with athena he is better on his poison but in the sage path, the spirit walker is stronger (i dont talk about heal, sage is not about heal people)

Victoria Blood Knight
better chance of survival, more attack damage and dont have a suicide skill like Chaos Knight

Cybella choose to go for the other job on hunter path or limit break or just need skill damage to take a place on legendary rune farm, its your choice
Luthor go limit break the sage one

Teresa Archbishop
every turn you heal two person on aura of either the luthor up there they pop their aura twice
an attack or a poison is depend on the path you choose
but you only can have one more healer on your team or you lack damage (2 healers make you lack damage already)
with me luthor spirit walker is the better choice since poison is weak and you know? faith reroll rework incoming

Zeus Kai
have problem with gold income? here comes the ninja will help you collect a lot of money (how funny even a ninja need to work at a mine these days)
or just dont want to reroll his faith to Ares
magebane or samurai is really fit with zeus

and about your assassin, he require crit but he dont have what he need
he need crit so bad

Thanks for the answer. Any heroes I should build first? Especially for pvp? I feel like none of my roster is compatible with each other. 
I'm not leveling teresa and luthor for now since I don't have a front line that can carry. Is victoria alone sufficient as a front line? Who do I pair the gunslinger with for maximum dps (what's the best hero even if the hero isn't on my roster)?
And do you think it's worth it to reroll faith on my assassin kai?

Okay. I got victoria to bloodknight. Do you think I should limit break my current assassin Kai or promote this Kai to ninja for gold farm? (ninja is the best role for gold dungeon?)

Sure you need someone for gold farm
A Ninja, Dragoon or Lancer what ever you like on their three

So far for gold mine, I only get like 80k~ gold per run (which isnt high since I've read that people can get up to 200k).

thats what you got from clear every single block on legendary gold map
with a full 5* team with strong equips and rune, one specific hero like ninja or dragoon

If you are a F2P player, you must be patient with scaling up. Definitely be slower than those who paid something.
