Been rerolling accounts lately till i got Hera Shizu. 3 days in game, i tried 10x single draw for 450 gems and these were what i got (including my main valiant)

3* Shizu (Hera)
4* Kai (Kensei/Hera) (Got from 4* Ticket)
4* Vincent (Slayer/Ares)
3* Cybella (Zeus)
3* Zedd (Hercules)
3* Zedd (Ares)

Sadly, there is a guide quest for premium summon which i forgot coz i'm rushing things. So it is safe to say i used my gems ineffeciently.

Can you guys help me decide what jobs is suitable for them? I quite a noob when it comes to complicated matters. Thank You.

You really had good draws. I just got lot of vincents and no other 5* potential chars.

Vincent berserker if you think you can protect him from killing hin self or a warlord to solve your melee problem
Zedd limit break the ares
Zedd Ares mind warder

Cybella sharpshooter if you go to berserker vincent but if u gonna reroll her faith to hera, go to gunslinger and you can combine really good with kai magebane since new faith reroll system is coming
or if not, go to grand ranger

Thank You. That's the way to go. And yeah, Faith should be reworked. It's not even Faith, it's Fate. Lol. Faith/Fate is something that is decided the moment you are born, so in in-game, we should be able to re-roll Faith early in the game. Faith is not an "end game", it's silly to think that you can only change your Faith/Fate when you are already at your deathbed.

On the other hand, Limit Break is the "real end game" literally.

A bit off topic but I think it really is faith... The faiths (Hera, Zeus, Ares, etc) are gods in Greek mythology so it makes total sense that it's called Faith (religious belief) rather than Fate (destiny).

I know. But in-game, the concept is more like destiny. Your characted job is reliant on his/her Faith (or destiny). It's a small matter.
