It says that Faith influences character's stats growth slightly. Does that mean if i have character that can't get any stronger anymore(max level, training, promotion etc) then change its Faith, the stats will remain unchanged because it's not growing anymore?
Also, does character's Faith changes upon being promoted? and the aura direction too. Thanks.

1. Based on my perspective, the "growth" would change along with the changed faith. Try fiddling in the hero gallery menu. It seems to me that faith is a +/- bonus imposed to a particular stat.
2. Faith doesn't change upon promotion. Aura direction won't change upon promotion, but will gain a new "direction"
3* -> 1 direction
4* -> 2 direction
5* -> 3 direction

Faith should be a plus of stats, not based in growth because it forces you to change the faith when you just get the hero before leveling up
