Hi i just start the game and i  have 3 Zedd and 3 Vincent which to use and what job to take for PVE:-

1) Zedd Kratos
2) Zedd Athena
3) Zedd Ares

1) Vincent Hera
2) Vincent Kratos
3) Vincent Hercules
 
i have Victotia*4 (Zeus) Crusader which job to go? Luthor (Hera) and Kai (Zues) which job should i take?

in my opinion for PVE

I will train up Zedd Athena to Mind Warder and use the other 2 for limit breaking

All Champion classes are really good but for PVE I would say Gladiator (2 turn stuns) and Warlord (boss pulling) is the most useful. 
Vincent Hercules - for limit breaking

Luthor  I think his best job is Witch doctor but if you want him as a pure healer go either Inquisitor or Archbishop.
