Efficiently fuse and where to farm fodders!

Has anyone been using fodder that has been upgraded? I checked and +1 or +2 units give more % when fusing but it costs more gold and experience.

Yeah, in my opinion that's a waste of resource because upgraded fodder only give slight % difference especially if this is *1 or *2 unit we're talking about, better use those gold for fusing with more units and XP potions (or time) to level up the hero you wanted to upgrade :/

Yeah it was a waste of resources and I was just testing it seeing as I had a lot of 1* lying around and only had 4* and 5* units that needed fusion mats so I end up selling them.
