What are the requirements for legendary mode? im at lvl 51 finished all the story quest of heroic and yet the mode is still locked for me

being lvl 51 doesn't necessarily mean OP has all buildings maxed and garrison upgraded accordingly. clearing heroic can be easily done within the first few days now.

also since OP has managed to go from normal to heroic, it doesn't make sense to not think of doing the same thing from heroic to legendary which is why i didn't ask OP to do that. therefore the above mentioned scenario is the most likely. going off topic but yeah.

Actually, i was able to move to legendary by swiping to page 1 of heroics lol, oppsie
