Hercules Vs Althena for Healers (Thoughts)?

So Generally ppl say the best Faith for Healers is Generally Either Hercules or Althena. So if you have Both which is better?
Looking at a Maxed LB+2 Inquisitor Teresa (Probably the most of popular healer)
We have a base of
Inquisitor - HP 6958 Def 2537 Mag 4363 vs HP7727 Def 2730 Mag 3787
So Althena is trading 769 HP + 193 Def for 576 Mag. However we can sort of assume that Teresa will have a Mag HP and Def set active. So Values will look like
807HP + 202.65 Def vs 633 Mag
Which side do you guys think is better?
