i have Hera Cybella with 4.4k atk and 36% crit atm

thats without might gear at all and runes still empty

with runes i might go over 50% but is it worth it? or there are some kind of diminishing return

a friend told me its worth it to go over 50% because when cybella triggers 2-3 other hero attacks and that alone outweigh the atk deficit

for critical-trigger, it is better to reach higher critical rate than attack itself, as you were told, the chance to trigger another 3 x 70% dmg is better than Cybella hereslf.

SO, go ahead with the critical rate, love them triggered!

Cybella chan makes your heroes hit w/ 100 percent of their atk when her aura triggers. Put her next to heavy hitters (warriors), chain attackers (shadows) and other ranged heroes and watch them whack the opposition to oblivion

I have her next to Assassin Shizu btw. She crits and Shizu attacks again. Shizu crits and Cybella refreshes. Rinse and repeat

More reason to focus on critical rate then =D
Have you tried 7 x 1 slot Critical rune with 1 x 2 slot Critical rune? Even if all are 2* runes, it will net you a 700~900 critical stat with another 20% of your base critical (the white one).
(when all at +15)

ok what im afraid is cybella atk so small if i go fullblown crit rune, when she atk only 200 crit lol

I don't know how far you progressed, but if Crit-maxed(not 100% but max outfitting) Cybella standing behind of heroes like Magebane (Kai or Shizu) or standing beside Kane GR, i really don't see the 200 critical attack a problem/.
The above hero mentioned are the ones with possible return-trigger team, 'when others attack-trigger others to attack' or 'when hero attack/critical hit-trigger others to attack'.
