Hi I need help with deciding job paths with 4 of my units with focus on pvp more than pve so pls do share opinions

Currently have 5* Freya gladiator so I need help with Faye crusader and Victoria zealot, both are kratos faith, then Teresa priest with zeus faith and 3* Kai with kratos faith
I was thinking of Having Faye go holy defender,Victoria blood knight, Teresa Inquisitor and Kai ninja or megabane if Victoria goes chaos knight instead?

If you don't have power house for event , suggested that you do this:
You need a Tank with TAUNT (Faye HD or Victoria all jobs)
You need a Healer (both Priest class are good for Teresa)
You need damage dealers (ideally x1 focus dps, and x2 cc (stun,sleep,skill delay) (your Freya and Kai - Magebane)
××because you will have 4 melees in the end, it is not recommended to have 2 guardians, try to have a ranger/mystic in your squad××

ignore all above if you tend to have PVP team.

Yeah thats the problem I dont have a 5* potential ranger or mystic Q.Q I do have another teresa sage tho and was thinking to making her into the one with aura to do poison dng whenever someone in her aura heals and just let the double tank and freya hold the point and/or chip away at enemies in pve

So you have another Teresa Sage, the poison dmg is ok if you need another 'range' dps (not great, but as a support ranger, its okay)
But i recommend to train them in order, the 5th slot can wait, so focus on the first 4 up to 5*. don't split up all your exp pots/ fodder and gold, unless you whale alot.
