I got him on that condition. If I want to use him, what is the most appropriate class for him '-' ?
Or should I hopefully change his faith ?
Or just eat him...

Never use a potential 5* unit as fodder, keep him for LB or level and use him first, then when you get another copy with desirable faith or manage to reroll his faith to something you want, replace him. I wouldn't worry about faith if you're a newer player. Since your Kai is kensei, you can only either go samurai for trigger, attack and def reduction, or magebane for stun/silence depending on what you need for your team.
