Hi everyone,

I just pulled a Theresa. Unfortunately, her aura is just for the team directly behind her.  I was wondering if this would change upon her changing job? 
Or would it be better to work towards changing her Aura? 

Yeah aura direction changes (increases actually) after each advancement if I remember correctly.

Whew if that is true then that is a huge relief! 

I would hate to try to work on Theresa to change her Aura.

If you're talking about aura directions, yes; you can do so by sacrificing a unit that is of the same rank as your current card. 
If you're talking about changing the aura's effects, no.
