[Help] Team Building !

Hi Guys,
Ive been playin silently alone for awhile now and thought id ask for advice finally.
Current team
Cybella Gunslinger Ares +2 Lv.32 (1 spare for LB)
Teresa ArchBishop Athena +2 Lv32 (2 spares for LB)
Kai Ninja Hera +2 Lv32
Victoria Paladin Kratos +2 Lv.34
Kira Elementalist Hercules +2 Lv.30
Bench
Victoria BloodKnight Kratos Lv.30
Kai MageBane Athena lv.30
Luthor Sage Hera
Zedd SpellBreaker Athena
Faye Knight Hera
Vincent Warrior Hera
Darrion Knight Hercules
^Which shld i upgrade these to?^
Should my main team be replaced with any of these?? Also im averaging about 400 on the snowman event ... how can I do better ?
Would very much appreciate some help guys ....
