Hello all, I just recently started the game not too long and am stuck at the crossroads of what classes to promote my heroes to and team building.
I don't have many 5* potential heroes but am still hoping for someone to give me pointers.

4* Kai Rogue Athena
4* Luthor Priest Kratos
3* Luthor Acolyte Athena
3* Teresa Acolyte Ares
3* Shizu Thief Zeus
3* Leon Knight Zeus

For other heroes, your Kai doesn't have a good faith but he will be most useful if he goes Ninja for the refresh.
Your Luthor has a nice faith but in general Teresa is considered a better team healer (but she is Ares T,T). So you have to choose here.
5* Healer is not really needed until late game, so I would just keep them at 4* +2 and upgrade other units first, after completing quests and stages you may find one with better faith.
For Leon promote him to 4* and use until you can find Victoria, Faye or Darrion. I recommend Zealot as he has great utility for life drain and pull. (Leon's stat is also a bit higher than normal 4* because he is the main protagonist). Crusader do have strong defense but that's just about it.
