Im looking for the most efficient way to earn gold. Gold Bars drop rate in heroic is too low and the stamina cost is too high for legendary. Any suggestions that can earn me more gold without wasting stamina?

One way is wait for the Gold event, then grind stages in Legendary mode if you have unlocked it, other than that, I do not know what more

Build a mage team and farm gold event

I have Kai Ninja in my team, with passive skill refresh turn. And i easily clear 10/10 in legendary gold event, get 150-200k gold per run

Sadly i only get at most 60k per run cus i dont have kai ninja...

Train fodders and sell them? You can still farm for gold bars in Heroics/Legendary and at the same time you can bring 2-4 fodders with you, since 1* and 2* need only 10 and 15 levels respectively to max. Don't have to train them and they sell a lot more when maxed.

As for gold event, always do legendary. It's not hard to reach the last stage and still clear it. Judging by your progress in the story thus far, if you have reached legendary then you would have a bunch of 4* and a few 5* already. Here's my advice, get a dragoon, preferably 4* for low skill cooldown (Fiona is one example). other 4 members should all be ranged hitters with at least 2 of them with AOE skill. Place your dragoon in the front middle, and have all your hitters hit the rocks where your dragoon can move. Sometimes your dragoon cannot keep up with the rocks disappearing and the ladder is a few turns away, this is a good chance to save turns and have your dragoon leap into the ladder with her skill, instantly progressing to the next area. For AOE skills, it varies when you think the timing is right and how hard you can hit, personally I save them for stage 7 and the boss stage where it can wipe everything in one turn with 2 AOEs.

Of course there are many other strategies to take on the gold event, this is just one of them. If this strategy is not viable for you, let me know your lineup and I'll see if I can devise one for you.

Thx for telling me the tip of selling max lvl fodder it helps alot. My team is 5* dragoon freya
5* cybelle sharpshooter 5* Darrion blood knight 4* teresa 4* Zedd. As u can see i only have 1 aoe and i use my freya as a backup aoe dmg cus her skill also does partial aoe tho it takes quite a few turns...i usually get to 5/10 of legendary gold if it helps

Any Guardian is a big no when it comes to gold event, their attacks are too low and they need to move around a lot. So Darion should be out of the equation here. Although Teresa is a Healer, you can still use her only for her attack but replace her with a Mystic or Ranger whenever you can. Replacing those two may take a while depending how lucky you are with the draws. 

In the mean time you have 3 solid Heroes to go with you. Since you already have a Dragoon, place Freya mid front. You’ll have to juggle around Cybelle and Zedd depending on their Auras for the best benefit. Cybelle’s aura gives extra attack so you can clear rocks faster is good for everyone. I don’t know which path your Zedd is, but always attack using Mind Warder first for a chance to activate his Aura to give extra Mag and Atk for everyone for 2 turns. For Elementalist Zedd, the more Hero in his Aura the higher his skill damage.

The other two replacements can be any Mystic or Ranger, as long as they can hit from afar and have offensive skills (more AOE the better) and Auras to go around. They also need to be in Cybelle’s or Zedd’s Aura or both, whichever you think can dish out the most damage to clear rocks so your Freya can move in. If you still can't clear in time, try upgrading your equips with offensive stats or max up your heroes. Hope this helps!

*A side tip, Dragoons can leap into ladders and still damage rocks at the same time. Meaning any gold items from destroying rocks in this process still go into your loot bag as your screen goes dark progressing to the next area.
