hi i just started playing this game 1 day in when the time this is posted
currently lvl 12 castle
I've complete all the Ancient Awakening event Normal
I already gotten all the 4✩ equipment from bazaar
I've already exhausted 2-4✩ hero ticket
where should i spend fortune cookies?

Natalia 4✩ Crusader and got a potential 5✩ hero Faye at 3✩  upon checking her 5✩ Holy Defender skill vs 4✩ Natalia Crusader

Natalia 4✩ Crusader:

Revitalizing Taunt = heals her self and taunts selected Enemy
Healing Reposte = When Hero gets hit, there is a 75% change to Heals Everyone in the for 15% of Hero's Hp
she is currently the "heal truck" for nearby allies
should i invest on this hero or go for Faye 5✩ Holy Defender or temporary use Natalia 4✩ Crusade

my +2 Fray can do almost 2k damage when doing normal attack and 3.9k when doing skill its my main DPS atm
i'm currently aiming for her 5✩ Dragoon or there is better options? 

Where should i Spend my Gems?

this is my current Team and Setup is there any recommendation or just leave it as it until I've gotten better heroes

just spent 400 on x10 summon, good roll or just scripted "beginner's first roll"

For tank i would focus on Faye because she will be the one you can bring to 5 stars, both Paladin and HD is a solid choice.
Replace your Theia with the teresa 4 stars that you pull from the 400 pull. She is a nice hero.
For Freya dragoon is good for the jump and stun but when she jumps it often break your aura formation and she may die quickly after the stun wears off, so some prefer other class instead.
You will get more heroes from guide quest and such so for now just focus on upgrading Freya and Faye to form your main team first until you get other decent 5* capable heroes. Teresa at 4* is decent until after heroic.

I recommend 10x hero summon for valianites for future use. It gives Higher potential yield of valianites than gear summon. Plus its hard to complete a 5* set especially if its more than three parts, even if it is currently the featured set (unless you are lucky).

You could gun for the equipment set of your like when its featured and use the valianites then if you lack a part or two. But still I think for now hero summon will be more beneficial since I think You could fare well upto heroic and even upto legendary acts with 3-4* set bonus. Given you have a theresa faye and freya.

Unless you want another class for her, I recommend freya dragoon too since atm you wouldnt mind where her aura will point since youll just be aiming to use her as dmg, jump and stun for now and stun is very useful. If lucky she could perma stun since her aura affects herself as well having to do solo attacks that have 35% chance to stun per attack.

farming wise, you can't farm it some other place other than the assigned nodes/area. Each class has their own assigned area. For more job quest key per day, you can try joining a guild. One of the daily guild quest will reward you with 1 key.

Later at higher level you can build academy that will give you free 3 star job quest relic and expedition that may grant you job quest keys. Also, there is also wishing well that has a chance to give you keys among other things.

Dang.. you have more gold than I did at the same level XD

oh right. I forgot that marketplace (you can build this at garrison lvl 8) also had some chance to sell job keys. The price is the same as gem shop, but it sells it at lower quantity (1-2 pcs)

If you are sure you can farm enough gem per day, wanting to rush the job change, and don't mind postponing your 10x premium summon, you can always use gems to buy the key. But be warned that the price will be doubled after the first purchase. Never buy the job key more than once per day.

you can go ahead to +15 4 star gears, as long as the suffix suits the character  (<weapon name> of might for champions, archers, as well as shadows; <weapon name> of defense for guardians; <weapon name> of wizardry for mystics. Trinity and Zodiac is okay for buffer if you don't have gears with the aforementioned suffix) and be mindful about the set effect.

If you don't have the complete set, I strongly suggest you to just +6 all of the them until you obtained the remaining pieces. Don't waste too much gold on preliminary phase, because you'll need a lot of it later. On my personal experience, you can survive through most of the heroic difficulty maps with mere +6 gears.

The only under 4 star gears you might want to consider to upgrade to +15 might only be the heirloom items. So that you can enhance it to higher rarity, thus improving the set effect.  But do this only if you already gathered the full set!

Dragoon is great for Gold Mines since you can easily leap to the backline in case the ladder spawns there. However, Berserker in general is currently the best class for Warrior but most just go Berserker Vincent since it's a lot easier to Limit Break than Freya. Might do you well to think ahead. 

Your Faye has Athena Faith but you don't need to worry about it right now since Faith optimization is considered end game. It's a lot easier to change a hero's Faith with the introduction of Faith Pixies and Valianites so just roll along with her as she's simply currently the best tank in the game. Same goes for equipment. Stick with ones that give bonuses unless incomplete sets give better sets than your current set.

To further improve, just keep playing and have fun. The events are usually newbie friend and it's very important to not expect to tackle Legendary stages since they're meant for veteran players. You'll just get frustrated if you aim to complete the whole event as a new player. We've seen a lot of new players rage saying that they can't 100% an event when someone who has been only playing for a week is not expected to finish it.

Lastly, if you need some help or allies to finish a stage, just ask here. A lot of good people here who's willing to lend a hand.

yes sometimes the marketplace may sell it for 5 gems per keys, at 1 or 2 pcs. But this is random, so don't hold you hope too much on it. As for bazaar.. are we talking about the building, or the bazaar in the event window? Kinda get confused with it

Anyway, Marketplace sell things at the price of gold or gems. The gems price usually ranging from 5-15.

The heirloom item.. you may get it from 1-4 star heirloom ticket (as usual, you can also randomly get something else). You can trade for the ticket in event bazaar. At the moment, the available heirloom equipment set is for archers. Loading screen occasionally shows it. Or you can check your post office and check the news. You might want to invest now by collecting a full set if you got a good archer in the future (you can upgrade it later when you get your archer). You can tell the difference from normal 1 star items by the item background. Heirloom items has orange fire on the bottom of their background while normal 1 star item doesn't.

After you changed Freya into lancer, you'll know the taste of having a dragoon, as dragoon is basically a stronger lancer. With extra stun, and better looking armor.. xp
You can decide from there whether to change her into a gladiator or a dragoon next.

That's two good tanks you got already..
Both are good. Though I leaning more toward faye as she has party shielding skill when she reached 5 star. Several enemies might ignore taunt effect and choose to attack your weakest defense character after all. She'll also be more useful in arena play due to the same reason.
