Guild Officer duties?

I was wondering what can all the officer positions do in a guild? I have found no guides on guild positions in a search
You have the ability to kick members, accept members, edit Guild Message of the Day, and lower raid difficulty. That's all.
Vice GM and GM have the extra ability to allocate/reset guild talent points in the guild talent tree. That's it.
