Newbie, 2 days player here, and just did my first 400 gems Heroes pulls. The result was... not so good. Didn't even get a single hero that can advance to 5*... bummer. My previous single pulls was better, got Luthor. (I think the drop rate is pretty low for good units?)

Anyway, here are my heroes list. I just clear Act 4 Normal.

Units that can go to 5 stars:
- 4* Freya - Lancer (Hera)
- 3* Luthor (Zeus)

Units that can go to 4 stars:
- 4* Claude - Priest (Ares - lol)
- 4* Ralph (Ares)
- 4* Rin - Rogue (Hera)
- 3* Rin (Hera)
- 3* Vann (Zeus)
- 3* Winry (Hercules)
- 3* Aaron (Hercules)
- 3* Fiona (Hercules)
- 3* Dante (Hercules)
- 3* Dante (Athena)
- 3* Leon (Zeus)
- 3* Natalia (Kratos)

Maxed at 3 stars units:
- 3* Charlotte (Hercules)
- 3* Theia (Athena)
- 3* Theia (Hercules)
- 3* Marcus (Zeus)
- 3* Marcus (Ares)
- 3* Lucy (Kratos)
- 3* Endor (Hera)
- 3* Garett (Hercules)
- 3* Garett (Kratos)
- 3* Elva (Athena)
- 3* Keldon (Ares)
- 3* Scarlett (Ares)
- 3* Luka (Zeus)
- 3* Succubus (Athena)
- 3* Light Elemental (Ares)

So far I've been using this team: Freya, Claude, 4* Rin, Ralph, and Winry.
Still leveling Luthor so he can promoted to 4* and 5* later on.

I need some suggestions for different team setup for PvE, especially in Heroic and Legendary later on. Not into arena stuffs for now..

Freyja - dragoon (people have their opinion, some will say gladiator is better, i suggest you check the gallery and ask for more opinion between those two)
Luthor - inquisitors
Leon - zealot
Winry - hunter
Aaron - marksman
Just train their 4* with care and replace in the future

Why Leon? I already use Ralph as Zealot. Do I need to replace?
My Natalia also ready to be promoted (just need the job items), and her faith is Kratos, which I think more appropriate for a Guardian, no?
And I just got a 5* Maleos (Ares faith) from Haloween ticket. Another Guardian to use.

Why Leon? I already use Ralph as Zealot. Do I need to replace?
My Natalia also ready to be promoted (just need the job items), and her faith is Kratos, which I think more appropriate for a Guardian, no?
And I just got a 5* Maleos (Ares faith) from Haloween ticket. Another Guardian to use.

Congrats on your 5* Maleos!! I suggest you focus all your resource on Freya, Luthor and Maleos first. Hopefully by the time you max out this 3 you will have other 5* capable heros.
You can use Rin/Ralph and Winry as fillers for the other 2 slots for the time being. Personally, I look into longer term investment so I almost never train any max 3*/4* hero but nevertheless they are still useful for quest that only require 3*/4*

Frankly speaking from my experience its a good idea to spend some gems on buying gold at least for the initial 2x promo. in this game gold is essentially everything. On the other hand the pull rate is seriously pathetic.

Hmm there are some concern because Luthor ult ins't that great compare to other healer. I suggest by the time you are done with your 3 5* and you still do not have other 5* capable units then train the 2nd Luthor.
But Archbishop aura work better together with Witch doctor aura.  The guarantee heal every round will proc the poison like crazy,

Quick updates guys, need help since I kinda struggling in the end of Heroic Act 4.

5* units:
Maleos - Undead +2 (Hera)
Undead Jailer - Undead (Hercules)

5* potential units:
4* Freya - Lancer +2 (Hera) ---- planning to change her into 5* Dragoon
4* Luthor - Priest +2 (Zeus) ---- planning to change him into 5* Inquisitor
3* Luthor - Acolyte (Hera) ---- planning to change him into 5* Witch Doctor
3* Victoria - Knight (Ares) ---- planning to change her into 5* Blood Knight

4* only units that I still use:
Winry - Hunter +1 (Hercules)
Rin - Rogue +1 (Hera)

I just got Undead Jailer. Is it any good when you don't have any other better potential 5* unit?
I still use Maleos, Freya, Luthor priest, Winry, and Rin for my main team.
Victoria and my 2nd Luthor still on training. Freya just need the item to promote her into Dragoon. It will take few more days..
