Hi guys, trying to figure if I should do the Halloween event or push ahead in the story. May I know at which stage (earliest) can I obtain the 4* mage relic, so I can promote my Kiera to 5*

Should I aim to promote my area Vincent or my Heracles Kiera first

4* spell breaker relic - Heroic 13-4
4* invoker relic - Heroic 14-4

Since you mentioned you have Vincent, his 4* job relics are in 9-4 (lancer) and 10-4 (slayer).  If you're team isn't fully equipped, there's the 250 pumpkin 4* equips that you might want to look at in event bazaar.
