I list out all the sources of job keys for a day that I know of in the game. This doesn't include all achievements.

• 9 keys at level 80 (i think i got it at around level 75)
• 1 keys for completing the Guild Quest
• 2 keys for completing the expedition for Academy
• chance to get 2 keys (out of 4 items) for completing all the Guild Quests.
• chance to get 2 keys (out of 5 wishes) from maxed level Wishing Well
• chance to buy 2 keys for 10gems in the Marketplace.
• buy 5 for 25gems (the price doubles after subsequent purchase, resets daily)
• plus a 3 star relic of your choice every 8hours for max level Academy

And I do have to point out that the legendary job quest have a chance to get 1 extra relic for a cost of 2 job keys(normally you only get 2 relics). I'm not sure of the rates, but must be less than 50%. Do point out if I missed anything.

Ahh, just to add on i guess instead of creating a new thread, for the keys please do not save any keys as if you were to keep any till the refill, they would just only top it up to your key limit instead of adding the max cap to the keys remaining

I'm sorry, but I have no answer to that as there is no way to back track what increments to capacity each level of advancement adds (Hero/Inventory slots, energy/job key capacity). But at Level 92, I can tell you I have 10 Job key capacity without the prestige bonus.
