It's up to you depending on their aura direction, you have to experiment around to get the best benefit. Different setups also benefit you depending on your opponents team and the meta right now is rushing your melee to take over tiles and hold the line.

It doesn't even cost a thing to spar with your friends or guild mates in the arena, you can do it indefinitely so right there is a good place to start testing out your squad composition.
