Currently the 5* potential hero i have 

3* Luthor Zeus
3*  Cybella Hera
4* Cybrlla Kratos Hunter
4* Vincent Hera Lancer

Due to the limited job key, should I focus on "3* to 4*" or "4* to 5*"  first?

Also it is better for me to go for 5* Cybella Grand Ranger with limit break or just promote to two different 5*? 

I think i will only purchase emiko's delivery pack in future and my only 5* hero now is Shizu Hera Assassin, that's all, thanks in advance!

Thanks for your opinion =) One more question, is Kratos Grand Ranger Cybella good enough? Or should i promote the Hera to Grand Ranger and Kratos go for Royal huntsman?

Hera Cybella die pretty easily at the later part of legendary store quest but Grand Ranger aura proc are based on crit so there are both pros and cons. You can use either 1 and use rune/eq suffix to mitigate the specific weakness. But if you think you will rely on her aura I will suggest using Hera version.
