Try your luck at weapon pull
Also the first month of daily login give one 5* weapon ticket if i'm not wrong
Upgrade to +15 and Enhance your 4* weapon

Does upgrading the 4* to 5* break the equipment set bonus?

i think he/she mean prestige level, prestige level is gain via charging money into the game.

so, there is no exact way to obtain one without weapon forge?
i mean for F2P players

Not atm, maybe they are saving some for future event.
So yea, for now either build a weaponforge or upgrade from 4* weapon to 5*.

collect daily gems and roll weapon gatcha.
