May I suggest that there must be an option for suffix reset for weapons, accessories, vanity and armors because its hard to collect sets especially 4* and 5* sets. And may I also suggest a town black market where players are allowed to buy, sell and trade heroes, items, weapons and crafting materials whether for gold or gems? what do you think guys?

Not sure about this, since the Aura direction can be changed, Faith can be changed, equip stars can be upgraded... Would it be too much customization?

My only gripe is getting a "of Wizardry" Champion sword(well, you get my point) from prestige bonus, but yeah, more customization would mean more resources spent whether in-game or real-time.
They can make it exclusive to equipment that can only be gotten once.

u are already by default able to sell heroes items weapons and crafting mats for gold so the town black market is redundant. for buying of items u already have the market and expedition to farm them so it's not needed. trading definitely a nono because it would make it too easy for people to get all the best equipment and heroes and the gem draws would be redundant. as for suffix reset i think it's a good idea especially for 5* sets since they can only be obtained from gem draw or tickets and nothing beats having a 5* shadow weapon with a wizard suffix.
