equipment and runes that are equipped on heroes shouldn't be taking up slots in inventory. otherwise u'll nv have enough space in invent. full equipment+runes for a full squad of 5* heroes=75 slots in inventory. that's alot of space required.

Really hopes the developer will look into it. Its like u have a closet with 2 clothes, when u wore one, surely your closet will now be left with 1 instead of 2.

Yes this, so much this! Doesn't make sense that Armor/Weapons/Runes in Storage will still take up space when equipped. It's especially becoming a pain now that I'm thinking about different builds/squad combinations and I can't because I have to un-equip/equip armor/weapons and re-embed runes (which will cost gold)

obviously to resolve this problem they are tempting players to buy inventory slots. if you are unwilling to expand then try to be smarter on this issue because if you manage your inventory slots poorly even 250 inventory slots wont be enough for some ppl.

+1 to this. It's like I wear my t shirt but it still takes space on my cabinet it just doesn't make sense.
