some situation i want to use different set rune, but it's waste my time to remove rune and 9000 gold is a bit expensive(if you change all day along.)
ex.
situation 1 : in PVP, to survive longer...i want my Kai-Ninja/Vincent-Berserk to use Dodge Rune
situation 2 : in PVE i want to increase my DPS by using Rune of Attack for 20% bonus damage instead.
