From my readings of the previous posts, the situation seems to be as follows:

1. 100 Arena Wins are necessary.
2. Arena energy is provided at 1 per hour.
3. The event lasts for 3 weeks. 

100 Wins / 3 weeks = Roughly 34 wins per week. Broken down on a per day basis, this generally means at least 5 wins per day. If matchmaking is working, then a 50%* win rate should mean 10 matches per day to complete this achievement. I'm not sure how long an arena match takes as I'm not in the game, but if we presume 5mins** per match, thats equivalent to 50minutes per day of arena battling. This time requirement will go up/down depending on your relative success.

I guess there are 2 questions at the end of the day around this:

1. Is a potential average of 50minutes extra per day a reasonable amount of play for this achievement
and 
2. What is the actual aim of this achievement? - is it to encourage more people to participate in arena, or is it to reward people who are skilled/persistent in arena (Essentially, is time in arena the goal or actual outcomes). 

Personally, I think 50 minutes seems fine. Provided that your ELO also gets adjusted in some way for every loss, it should allow for a suitable playing environment for the majority of players. 

*As CBT numbers are low, I'm probably guessing matchmaking isn't working that great, as there would be fewer players participating to spread the tiers apart.
**Adjust numbers as per your own experience.

I'm here don't have a strong team and guess what?
Don't tell me I have more than 500 arena orb on 21 days
You don't play this game while you sleep, already have a job or still studying, how about eat, spend time for my life and things?

Another fool who demands to be have the same achievements as those who spend more time playing without spending a dime.

CBT is bad enough? its not that bad, CBT is for testing the game and bug-fixing thing. Secondly, I did not spend loads of money, just the early bird and the per month subscription, and yet I dont feel like im not going to catch up, beside I intend to play it for fun, not for competition. Maybe the mindset of players need to change, maybe?

lastly, I know Arena is very hard! so hard that I feel I want to stop wasting my Gold to upgrade my heroes and continue doing quest, but the FUN lies in Arena too.. Because you know how GG other team and what strategy did or whom we play with. But I don't complain if they have to make me win 100 times arena, I just have to play it and if I failed there is another chance with another achievement.. 

Arena energy is given at 1/hr. u got 3wks. 21days x 24hrs = 504.

u got 504 tries and u cant event get 100? i highly doubt tat...

What I don't understand is why are you guys(newbies) expecting to be on par to people who've been playing this game much earlier.

It is like complaining when a guy on WoW who played the game for 10,000 hours and you just started and you complain why is he so strong and beats the hell out of you in PvP and starts sending ticket to blizz about being unfair etc..

There is No game, whether whale(cash spenders) or not, that will expect you to accomplish everything/all achievement within 5hours or 5days of playing.

Even Free players are able to be on par with cash spenders if they have played more hours than the cash spender.
They would have the knowledge where to farm, what to min-max in building and LEVELS.

Please before you moan about stuff being too hard, play it first. The event achievements are meant for both newbies and vets, it's just some of those achievements are supposed to give a challenge to older players.

If there is no hard challenge nobody would play the game longer than 1 week. 

By the way Cash Players usually have no time to play the game due to work that is why they spend Cash.
Free to Play Player have a ton of Time, maybe due to being a student etc, they can catch up by just spending more time.

Interested to know where you get the stats where usually people who have no time to play is due to work that's why they spend cash.

WoW is an extremely different game. You need to pay monthly subscription for it. It's not free
