This guild raid is not fun at all. I mean, it's only designed for whales. Small guilds with low level player probably don't even give a damn on this. Imagine, a VEEEERRRYYY high wall after just killing a weak treant, lol.

Suggestion:
Unlimited milestones :D - people have this evil thing called pride and they will do anything to protect it. Yep, the more you contribute the more rewards you reap. This way, everything is fair no people will go insane.

The basics - Normal, Heroic and Legendary (might as well as add the Master) difficulties. As mentioned above, VEEERRRRRYYY high wall. That is just so sudden so why not take it slow first?

DON'T EVER - selling guild raid keys? How about a big NO.

I guess that's all.

My own personal take.

Tier rewards :-
Guilds that can down 1 or more boss per week will NOT mind the tier rewards as the difference is minimal and there is no harm in recognizing their top few dpsers. Unlike real MMO, there is only 1 role in VF which is dps. YOU want to keep your top dpsers in the guild, period.

Difficulty :-
It is definitely not a walk in the park and requires 20+ guildies who are active to down the Snake Boss. I will not change the difficulty but I will like the option to NOT reset the boss health after each week. What is the point of doing guild raid if we cannot down any bosses in 1 week? What are the odds of such guilds keeping their members together? During the Miu event, it doesnt matter if the guild cannot open the top floor of tower, we can still slowly farm the lower levels for event ladder. We dont feel a strong need to change guild in order to progress, to move up the ladder.

Same.as others idea
. Guild raid should be like cooperation with team.guild members. Thats why on group chats on guild it seems they are not sharing the info of squad and strategy coz of tier on raids. No more team building. Im sad that its still competition on guilds on raid.. Team building is ruined

I honestly don't get why you won't be able to keep your top dpsers in the guild if the game doesn't offer more rewards to them. I mean, so if they are the top dpsers and the game don't offer them more rewards for being your top dpsers, so because of that they leave your guild to join another guild? Then, just because they join a new guild, they will magically get more rewards for being their top dpsers instead?

On the contrary, by offering more rewards to a very limited pool of your "top dpsers", your guild would stand an even higher chance of losing your other top dpsers instead. Imagine why would your number 2 dps stay in the guild and forever remain as number 2 when he can leave your guild and join another guild which can clear the boss and be number 1 as well? What about your number 6 dps? Why won't he leave and find another guild where he can be top 5?

Having better rewards for top dpsers makes it harder to keep your top dpsers, period.

I don't think there is going to be a win-win model though. The end result will still most likely be more favorable to the veteran players, which I always thought is normal.

Please provide a list on which Guild has the highest Total Damage (Score)..
Same as ladder but without reward, only list..

I like JeforceX's proposed idea (the post right above mine) of using milestones to give out rewards.

This let's each member work at their own pace (depending on his squad's strength) towards their rewards, which I feel is a far better system than having the MVP likely be the same 1 or 2 persons every week because they have the best DPS squad.
The key is also about squad sharing, since the guild have a high dps that deal the most damage, he or she should share the squard, maybe like the arena, you can see the squad layout by clicking on the person icon.
