Event Point System

Seems a little flawed when you can get more points spending the same amount of energy doing Normal mode than Master or Legendary...

Is this intended? I don't think so

Yeah my guildmates noticed that too, one of my guildmates who keeps spamming normal get more ladder points than me.

If you aiming to get top 50, or else Legend give you more bazaar currency and possible chance of talissa drop. Although it must likely like the sword. Very very very rare.
If you didn't get in to top 50. Not worth it.. Legend also give many 4* drops

Can this please be fixed, if not now, at least for all future events.

Lower difficulty levels should never give higher yields than tougher challenges.

I think one friend of mine got an reply regarding to this, I see if I can ask for an official notice in the FB or Forum.

The reply is something like : providing more ladder points in lower difficulty to encourage different approach in game, either to get rarer loots (more exchange points & 4* equipments and 2* runes) and exclusive drops (Talissa and Valianite) or rush lower energy stage for more points (encourage whaler to whale more and mindlessly AUTO till end.)

Actually as of now. If they going towards this direction, it's actually not a bad idea. But very soon you be stuck with the idea of fishing for loots in Legend against fighting ladder for the top 1% loot.
But the problem now is that the loots in Legend is not that wonderful. Yes there are "possible" chance of getting the valiant currency and talissa but how possible is it? Example I been playing Legend because I want to buy things from bazaar and also think that I stand no chance in ladder. But no rare drops.
Then to say, I got alot of other nice stuffs like gold skulls, 4* materials which eventually I can complete my sets easily.
So if you are not just aiming for the rarest loot but also farming for other things like materials or fodder, then Legend is the way to go. If you have enough of talissa and want to fight the ladder. Then why not go heroic? I don't know how bad is master.. So I doubt anyone will try farming master.

IMO it's a weird approach ;_;
if normal grant the most event point, there is little advantage in investing in a team for farming legend or master
especially when drop is not that good and bazaar is pretty much damn expensive
.... and ladder would be purely dependent on the energy hoarding and spending...

If they are going with this, they need to improve legendary drops a little bit. Got 3 Valianites and a Talissa so far so I'd say my Legendary runs are worth it, but it just maybe that I am extremely lucky this event (got no Valianites from farming Legendary from previous event).

Farming Legendary and Master is time consuming, so at the very least make the rewards a little more rewarding.

On the first day of the previous event, it was set up this way... running the normal mode event quest gave you more event points per energy spent compared to heroic or legendary. However, it was changed from the second day onwards. The higher the difficulty, the more event points per energy spent. 

In this event though, it seems to be deliberately set up this way, to force you to choose between ladder or a chance for better loot drops.
