Right now we got new system rune merge, to merge you need to use 2 +15 at same size and star then you will get next star at +0
Just by these concept is already made many player disheartened
Well as for me I view this like promote character you need to max it first, so although it hard to max I think I can still bear with it

Then now the worst part, find prismatic shard
I don't really know what developer think, to just merge rune is already hard enough, now find prismatic shard for 4*...wait even 3* is really hard
Already spend more than 100+ energy still don't get any 4* prismatic shard (farming at 24-3 legendary) only 2 3*...just 2
Did they think player get it easier will break the game??? 
NOOO! for god sake, to got 1 +15 rune it doesn't take in just one day 

If developer don't want player to get this too fast, why not made stage like job quest then

Or they think they will just do 2 week event quest then 1 week with no event, but farm prismatic shard to cut cost from now on???
If they really do that, I think they not only got less cost, but player is also less too
