As alot of players could have notice, in every spotlight you're very unlikely to get the spotlight hero despite Dev increases their rate of appearing. e.g. out of 20time 10x premium summoning pulls, there's a chance that you'll get all 2~4 other 3*~5* evolve-able hero and only 1~2 spotlight hero.

My Suggestion is to change the rate to such a way that you'll guarantee to get at least 1 spotlight hero from 10x premium summoning pull.
example:

10x premium summoning
- guarantee 1x 3*~5* spotlight hero
- increase rate of getting spotlight hero appearing ( which i think is unlikely to happen )

1x premium summoning
- increase rate of getting spotlight hero appearing ( which i think is unlikely to happen )

If anyone have better suggestion, please go ahead and reply.

Maybe when Valiant Force reach official launch and much more mature for months before this thing will happen.

It will be too easy for whale to obtain their goal from these feature which I feel. 

When more new heroes coming out, the old heroes will be easier to obtain for sure.
