Can we have a developer-sanctioned thread/topic where players can raise suggestions that they would like to see in the game or suggest buffs/nerfs to balance the game, one which developers like Ryonzanki can pay close attention to and input if need be?

Saw a couple of noteworthy comments made under the developer's post that seemed outta place, and I thought a topic/thread dedicated to such discussions would be more fruitful and facilitate the generation of quality content. Such comments might have generated more insightful responses had it been given its own topic/thread or redirected into a dedicated topic meant for discussions.
