Why don't you guys farm Heroic like me for the Unrefined Gems, instead on insisting the Legendary ones should be easier?

I don't get it.
this, heroic also is effecient on energy

I don't get it.
They want 100% completion rewards, a closure on the story event, etc etc... You know, the usual rants we see on every new event.

All I am seeing is the cry for players to nerf the Legendary stats.

I can sometimes clear Legendary Chests, like 30% of the time, but after calculating, it would be best to farm Heroic instead.

I make decisions based on how strong my team is, and efficiency of getting the Unrefined Gems.

I don't cry and ask for nerf everytime my team hits a roadblock. 

I just go "Oh, not strong enough, no combo to counter this, let's find another way".

Why are so many people asking for easy stuff?

Well if a endgame pay to play / beta gamer team, can't manage to farm a stage, they should really change it.
Or just no one will be use of it.

If no one will be use of it, the team just failed on developing this stage or his difficulty.


That's the process of develop a game.
Create --> testing --> review success rate --> balance.
If many people can manage to finish it, but no one farm it, it's need a fix.
If you can't provide a costructive feedback to the developer, you can't help them to understand what his weak on their updates, you can't help the community, and you can't help yourself.

I have to repeat this:

"I'm more inclined to sympathize with people who cannot complete the event when it is near over, not when the event just started. Just like the previous arena wins issue, you never know until you try up till the very end."

I can't say who's right or who's wrong now, but people are jumping to conclusions pretty fast.

I never said this.
You can read more times my comment without jumping to other conclusions.

All players should be able to finish the event, not all players should be able to hit the same milestones/rewards.
You can put a difficulty level on a matter of subquests, but make the main event quest be finishable by everyone.

One nice example is the past halloween event, that was gifting more old player with a system that was counting the efficiency of the teams, but was making even new players be able to finish it

You mean newer players (like a few days into the game) can even finish the 50 arena wins? Wow.

My opinion on how events should be made:

1. Events should be made that everyone could be able to acquire the seasonal hero, regardless of new or old players. Making an event which makes it difficult to acquire the 'seasonal hero' will deter new players from staying around. Most people do not want to wait for another year to acquire that since it wont be as useful anymore.

2. Completion quests rewards should be lowered (event quest reward). I believe that everyone should be able to complete the seasonal quest and to balance that out, the rewards obtained should be reduced. This will keep the balance from having new players power spiking/catching up fast to older players.

3. For those veteran players, additional resources should be gained from legendary maps. Those veterans should be able to keep their advantages through the use of the bazaar since they can farm event items more efficiently. Also, the rewards from ladders will keep their advantage over new players.

I believe that events should be enjoyed by new and old players. As it is now, it only favors old players and those blessed by the RNG. There should be incentives for both old and new and it should not let new players just get residual things. If you think I am wrong, please point out my mistakes and not just accuse of the other players as being 'salty'
