Mod/Admin Feedback to Topics

Sat Nov 26, 2016 1:17 pm

Can mods/admins of this forum give their feedback/input more actively to some of the more actively-discussed topics raised in this sub-forum?

Some of them raised some very valid points and knowing the perspectives of mods/admins representing the company's interests would give us insights into your thought processes on these issues so that we could potentially raise more meaningful and insightful suggestions that take the company's interests into consideration. As of now, it looks a whole lot more like us players making empty noises that the development team would disregard completely. An input from the development team would be tremendously insightful, or at least point our discussion in the right direction. Even an acknowledgement would be greatly appreciated; it lets us know you care.

So please mods/admins, do share your thoughts more often. You folks seem to be dodging any discussion that could potentially be profit-sensitive completely, and it's not helping the game to progress meaningfully.

Hi there, we are not dodging, but we are actively reading through each on a daily basis.

It is impossible to give fast feedback, since we would still need to discuss in lengths the implications and resources needed to implement suggested features.

Some may arrive earlier, some much later, depending on our current development schedule.

It is better for us not to promise anything, but remain a keen observer from the sidelines.

If we do post something like "Hey, it is a good idea!", the community might take it that we are considering it and implementing it soon, which is a misconception.

Hopefully this explains more :)

Then what about telling us what you are working on in Patch notes? Something like : "We're still testing a way to reroll faiths/auras/items, still working on mages balance in game, we still need feedbacks for this.. etc."
Create polls could help, not only for game mechanics, but to know our though on bundles for example. You know, this 200k download celebration : "Buy our thanks". :^)

We have answered that before :) It is impossible for us to answer the same question each time it is raised ;)

And we do ask for feedback, sometimes just not our admin accounts. And we do implement changes based on feedback.

Please do trust the team :) And yes, we are working on a new Faith re-roll system, there is no ETA for it yet :)

We also can't promise the current in-development version is the final one we will be pushing out, there are still tests which need to be done >...<

I think i've no rights to answer any of those question, but still i think it's because if they announced ? Something like : "We're still testing a way to reroll faiths/auras/items, still working on mages balance in game, we still need feedbacks for this.. etc." then wouldn't that means players will be looking forward for the upcoming patch? if the patch doesn't include those they're working on, players will eventually complain for empty promises?

I personally thinks that this is a defensive way to roll out patches without any empty promises.
