Anybody else having problems with the Stranger hero pool in the ally list? I'm trying to do 24-1 Legendary and I've been browsing the Strangers hero pool for a good Ranger ally but everyone in my list are 3* Valiants. It wasn't like this before as people in the stranger pool scale with your level. 

Perhaps at that point of time when you were refreshing through the stranger pool, there is a coincidence of new players starting off and ended up being picked.
Keep refreshing and you will get it some day.
