Every gatcha game has bad pull rates. I dont see what they can do with it. Maybe introduce a system that guarantee 5star after few pulls.

Other games have ways to compensate for trash pull rates.
Once a month, 500 gem 10 character pull for a 100% chance to get 1 5*. Star legend ticket in Granblue.
Have certain times of the day where pull rates are doubled for thief, warrior guardian or whatever. Legend festival for Granblue.
Have rewards or compensations ( gold, mats, weapon tickets) for pulling repeated characters. I have 9 zedds, 6 Victorias and 7 winrys. What the fuck am I supposed to do with those. Moon trading system in Granblue.
In GBF, there is something called a surprise ticket. Every 2-3 months, for a reasonable 3000yen, I can choose ANY character that isn't a limited event character.

While some things you suggest can work with Valiant Force, I think you are trying to make Valiant Force to work the same way as GBF, that's not exactly good, as each game has his systems, GBF had a long time to build to what it is right now

My suggestion would be to make a three step gacha:

Summon 10X -> Gain a 3-4* Hero Ticket (chances to 5* potential (30%~70%?)
Summon 20X -> Gain a 4-5* Hero Ticket (chances to 5* potential (50%~50%?)
Summon 30X -> Gain a 5* Hero Ticket (5* Hero guarantee)

or

Summon 10X -> Gain a 4-5* Hero Ticket (chances to 5* potential (50%~50%?)
Summon 20X -> Gain a Special Ticket (5* capable Hero guarantee)



That way people will have the guarantee summon but still wont be swimming with 5* potentials to potentially break the game too soon  ;)

Those ideas work, I don't see the problem.

Seems like a simple and workable solution as opposed to the always RNG draw.

RNG factor is important for games like this. But more often than not, could land a player in a really depressed state because of the luck needed to pull potential heroes. 

As of now the hero pools is too small. I would like it if they remove 1 and 2 stars 3 stars capped "heroes" for the 400 gems pull as the bare minimum. The 3 stars"heroes" aren't possible to upgrade to 4 or 5 stars nor are they having any job advances. I feel like my gems are a total waste when I'm getting those skeletons and boars when I could use 5k gold to pull one.

I did never played a gatcha games where you 10 pull could give you (a lot easly) only shitty monsters and fodders heroes.

Right now i will not use a dime for it anymore until a fix of it.
Above suggestions are really nice like always, but i think that free tickets from a 10 pulls should not be given in the way promoted, rather than give A SURE nice pull from the gatcha intself for make it exciting like the animation suggest..

We know that the last from the 400 gems pulls is a 4 star hero but it should be a 4 star hero that could be 5, not a trash unit or mob unit.
2 stars unit should be banned by the pulls and tickets should be given on every months pulls you made
