I agree with Bunny that the new Taiwanese server shall be locked for local players in Taiwan only. Otherwise, it won't be 'Taiwanese server' but just another 'international server' that most populations use Chinese to communicate

Hmmmm, so it's an opportunity to climb the ladder now that we have lesser players to worry about? Sounds ok to me, I guess?
