9200 gems is a lot..
Maybe system have rush detection, more summon meaning less rate..
I'm just guessing..

Actually I've only do 1x premium summon but only trash inside..
Another day I try solo summon 5x times, I've got Ronan Athena and Kai Ares..

Hi, I did not open all 9200 gems worth of summons one shot. Rather, I did one every single day and recorded it over 14 days.

Okay, some people luck and some people don't..
Luckily they have new system that will make every unlucky player feel better..

Hopefully the Valianite Shop will not be too expensive 

no such thing as RNG, the devs or brainwashed players are just using this excuse when in fact the summoning pool and it's rates are RIGGED anyway.

Ex.

Today = after 100 times of summoning has occurred the event heroes will be summoned immediately like maybe one or two will be given as the quota for 100 times summon has been reached, so next 200 pulls, and it goes on and on and on. (WAKE UP PEOPLE)

Please refrain from spreading rumors. As previously mentioned, every roll is purely RNG, and currently there is no system where the more you roll, the more chance of getting a 5* card.

By the way, I am not sure why but my post seems to be both in the Feedback and Suggestions as well as General Chat at the same time. Also, it seems that any further comments do not bump the post up the top of the list. Could you help me with that please? I already reported it but it doesn't seem to be fixed. 

Lastly, any comments with regards to releasing gatcha rates?

There are currently no plans to release the gacha rates, but we do have a fixed % for each draw. There is a more complicated system behind this calculation, but simply put, each draw is a brand new RNG. The dev team is implementing the Valiantite currency and will monitor how well it works on a larger scale.

The gacha feature is something always being looked into, since the dev team has their own personal accounts as well, so no worries. The right changes will come whenever needed.

to tell you the truth i don't even believe VALIANT FORCE and all its representatives, trolls, uploaders or speakers when they say "INCREASED SUMMON RATES" because it's all bulls*it blaming rngesus is also a COWARDLY EXCUSE for them to make, thanks for sharing this video, oh yeah and i don't even get my hopes up anymore when summoning. (like meh whatever, playing this game is like GETTING STUCKED ON A FAILED RELATIONSHIP OR MARRIAGE OR GETTING YOUR GF PREGNANT with no support from your friends and families anyway.)

Don't worry my friend, there had been lots of RNG cases like this. Most of the times, RNGesus only smiles at you when you are having a really bad moments, and you didn't even thought of getting anything at all during pulls.

The best way to pull is not to expect anything. Pretending doesn't work, you need to genuinely blank your mind, and not to expect a single good stuff.
At least this superstition works for most of the people I knew. Like, when you poop, and decided to randomly do a single pull, then the game give you a 5* Valiant with the right Faith.

It's kinda like when you goes to work, and just genuinely focus on your work, not expecting the time to pass quickly. Then, when you are finished, you noticed that it is already time to leave, and you was like "Eh? B-But, I thought only a minutes had passed!?"

Both are somehow a similar feeling, in other words, they can also be interpreted to "I don't care". You don't care what you get, you don't care whatever happens. What shall happen, will happens.

Try this "I don't care" superstition method during your next summon sessions. Might make you feel more relieved ;D.

Remember, quantity is not always the deciding factor.

I agree that not expecting a good pull is always the best psyche during x10 summons. I always think that I'm pulling x10 just to have fodders for my main heroes. The feeling of pulling a 5 potential hero without expecting anything is x10 better!

The same thing i do when i perform a x10 gem pull, come to me fodders. also spread the pulls out to one x10 per day so tt e negativity doesnt pile up much.

I have spent almost the same for prestige point.
 I starting to play. So, just get legendary hero encourage me. What's happening. I get the duplicate heroes and Valiant even 2. i guess the rates increase from the same heroes i have. i pull many previous event heroes too.Those could be Limit break.
Pull wrong faith depress me.
