Any potential buff on Mystics?

Currently, Mystics is an extremely extremely weak class.
Lets take Kiera Elementalist as an example. Her auto attack does piss damage unlike before and the MAIN problem with the class is the survivability. They die in a few hits in tough PVE contents which is ridiculous. I know if you over buff Mystics they'll become a problem in PVP. However, at their current state they're not viable in both PVP & PVE... How about buffing their scaling but reduce it for PVP like how healing is reduced?

Just few questions about it.
I have few mystics and their survability in my team is the same of a ninja class hero or a ranger hero, why you feel they die more easly?
For my kai he is able to tank 4-5 hits before going down while kiera dies in 2 hits lol. Not only that, shadow have stealth mechanic to help them stay alive and need lesser turn to activate skill while mystics require 6/7 turns

How about because mystic get even worse armor compared to ranger and shadow class? I mean although the defense from head slot seems negligible but a mystic head slot defense is still half of what a ranger can have. A shadow can survive more easily cuz they are still given a choice of using guardians item set for item bonus instead of shadow item set. A zeus ranger or shadow still can deal damage since their main damage dealing is not done using skill, a zeus mystic is a joke compared to other damage dealers.
Lets assume that ranger,shadow and mystic all dies in 2 hits in harder content PVE.
Can ranger or shadow do their job the moment they enter the stage, yes a lot more efficient then what a mystic can provide.
Let further assume due to amazing luck and a badass tanker... all units survive to the boss stage....
Every units uses their skill, ranger and shadow still can do damage after their skill usage but what can a mystic do after they use their skill of insignificant impact?
All Mystic class feel outclass in everyway ,except maybe mindwarder which only use is a 7 turn CD skill delay effect, compared to any other offensive unit in what they can offer.

There is always a regular look by the devs which jobs need buffing, which jobs need some nerfing. All I can say is, be patient, the devs have Elementalists in their squads as well

Thanks for trying to keep people feel better, but I'd just like to point out 'devs have Elementalists' says to people 'devs do whatever they like because they have those units'. I mean, I can take a joke.. Can other people tho.........

I mean that the devs play as normal players as well, they know real time what the issues are, and use their normal accounts to chat with players on the forum as well.
And of course, discussion as a team for potential updates. A systematic process, not just on the whimp~

Yes i think mystics need a buff, especially warlock and rune magus.
My rune magus kiera get owned so easily in arena. I think the knockback percentage is not high enough. Dont really have much use currently. Actually, shes not in any of my squad right now.
2 suggestion:
1)The knock back either need higher %, Currently at 30%.
2)lower skill cool down to maybe 5 turn or even 4. Most of the time, when its her turn to cast, the opponent already have 50 points. She is suppose to counter those tank but the game is over even before she can be fully utilised.
Elementalist zedd as well,relegated to just gold mine.
Mages need some love!
Hope the dev can see this.

how about using 80% of MAG stat + 20%ATK stat for normal attack instead of 100%ATK which is a meeh. I mean Mystics are throwing magic missile(or something like that), that doesn't make any sense if it only uses ATK stat, right?
