Optimize Set bonus

For example :

Shinobi Set bonus (5/5)
ATK +500
HP +700
Crit+800
compulsory 5 piece to active the bonus, change to 
1piece = no bonus

2piece = ATK +100
              HP   + 150
              Cri   + 200

3piece = ATK +200
              HP   + 300
              Cri   + 400

4piece = ATK +300
              HP   + 450
              Cri   + 600

5piece = ATK +500
               HP +700
               Crit+800
              (active set decoration effect: smoke around body/ some little star came out from the weapon etc....) 

So that, people can equip them flexibility. to combine this set with other set to get the more powerful outcome

See "of Wizardly" suffix , I know that feeling, but if we are given full control in every set it may remove the set meaning, there is already sets that contain less items, I think we need more of those

Or , if official want gv the set meaning , u may try to increase more effect of the set but no just increase the HP,damage,cri,mag,def
u may gv the full set bonus add extra +xx% chance to stun an enemy/ regeneration xx%of full hp/ xx% evasion/ xx% skill resistance/ and so on.

Sounds like something that requires plugging skill runes into equipments...
They might just add more varieties of equipment, just like what ScherBR said. Different piece of set, and different set bonus.
