Try having some "force to review the apps"? because app store review of this game is kind of bad
and also why we have 100 channel in each language

I think the concept behind "Force Review" is kindoff like a forced endorsement. I believe the approach they are approaching is softer and gentler which is better because it's mutual, no obligation or anything.Try having some "force to review the apps"? because app store review of this game is kind of bad

Instead of a door to door sales tactic or confrontation, they might be trying for the "if you think we deserve it then review us" instead of "please review us for the sake of us".

There are too many "bad" reviews which are seemingly beyond our control, such as:
"Game is too hard" - 1 Star rating
"Game is unfair to F2P players" - 1 Star rating
"Cannot install game" - 1 Star rating
We will try to explain to them, but there are simply too many users who does all these...

I don't think forcing players to review will help improving rating. It's normal for people to always complain when they don't like something but when they like something, not all of them voice it out.
Bad reviews in app store from my country are containing majorily 2 things: 1) cannot enter the game and 2) this game has poor drawing rate and not suitable for f2p players (which exactly 2 out of 3 that forum moderator mentioned).
The first kind of bad review can be fixed depending on how fast customer support can tackle the problem. The latter kind of review happens in all game and will be seen more often in the game with some level of difficulty like VF.
From my observation in many games, the complain on poor summon rate and difficulty of the game always come from impatient type of new generation of players mostly. Old generation players who have grown with old school japanese rpg will try to level their heroes or find tactic to beat the game. New generation players (not all but many) tend to wanna be able to do everything immediately once that feature is available to them.
For me, I personally like the challenge. But I think we cannot stop the increase of players who easily say 'the game is imbalance, how come the difficulty has surged up too fast! (Instead of spend a little more time strengthening team)' or 'hey i spend for gems but don't get good heroes (but those heroes are not guaranteed or being advertised to be guaranteed from the beginning)' in VF and other games with similar difficulty. Most of top gross ranking games have bad reviews with avg of late 3 stars to early 4 stars rating.
