Lucille is still too weak to be a valiant, compare to teresa, lucille should be a better healer. 

how about sharing what problem you encounter and which job is "weak" and what are the reason with a suggestion?
so far i'm not having any lucille problem, i uses Lucille AB (Archbishop) as a PvP unit.
because she aren't great in PvE content, but she's super effective in PvP content almost won me every single battle.
