'Unique' equipment suggestion

We're all familiar with equipment sets, right?
How about "Unique' equipment?
I noticed that you can't build a set by rolling about 1k gems or so on equip rolls because RNG ratio is too low or I'm just really unlucky. OTL
How about giving chances for unlucky people to feel somehow lucky (like me *cough*).
You can add small percentage to inflict silence, stun, poison, blind, or get bonus to dodge, life steal, heal per turn, or return damage or anything you want on equipment for non-set equip.
In this way, the game can be more creative on equip and squad composition because you have more options. It will also make arena more challenging and unique.
