Okay, so I've bought two costume from the costume shop, but it doesn't appear visually to me, so I ain't sure whether did I receive the bonus stats or not. Is this a bug or is there someway to equip the costume ?

Go to your Valiants whom you have bought their costumes for, tap their 2D art or 3D model, you can see 3 buttons at the bottom (Attack, Victory, Costume), tap Costume, there you can equip/unequip their Costumes.
