I have a few complaints in regards to the game. It is overall a very good game however the amount of resources needed is too much every event. It seems like the dev/game is trying to squeeze every penny outta the players because simply with a new monster every event that gets 150%-200% boost in stats it shows that whether players like it or not one way or another they need to pull this specific monster. That also nean spending. For me as a P2P who have paid and topped up it is still ridiculously difficult. It is said there is an increase chance to get MIU and Cybella but in reality outta 8 pulls which accounted to 80 characters i pulled nothing like MIu or Cybella. Well instead i got multiple zedd and victoria. So much an odd.

Increased chance does not mean 100% chance. Even if we raise the percentage to 90%, there will still be 10% chance of not drawing specific heroes.
